Welcome to the Kitchen

I don't know how often I'll be here. But I inherited my mother's cookbooks and recipe box, my grandmother's cookbooks and recipe box, my great-aunt's recipe box ... you can see where this is going. I'll dig in once in a while to find something that needs to be shared!

The blog title? For years there was a sign in my grandmother's kitchen:

"This is Elsie's kitchen. If you doubt it, start something."

That pretty much sums it up!
